For easier navigation, all FAQ articles should be divided into sections.

To create a new section, do the following:

1. Go to the FAQ tab.
2. Click on the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar.
3. Provide a title for the section.
4. By default, the slug (the part of a URL after the domain name) for the section is generated from the section title. You can change the slug as needed.
5. Choose whether the section is private or public. With the “Private” setting on, the section will be visible to your operators only.
6. Click on “Done”.

To change the order of your sections, hover over the section title and drag the section up or down the list.
