Chat ratings are a simple way to track your customer satisfaction.

The Chat Ratings report displays:

• The percentage of your positive ratings.
• The percentage of all your chat ratings by date, week, and month.

To see the chat ratings by operator, click on the operator name from the list below the bar chart.

To view the report, go to Reports → Chat Ratings.
