Chatbots in Chaport

Chatbots are programs that can automatically interact with your website visitors based on the specified rules. Their main task is to help you improve your customer service while reducing the load on your operators.
Chatbots can work 24/7, which will allow you to collect your site visitors’ contact details, and your visitors — to receive prompt answers to their questions, even when your operators are offline.
In Chaport, the following chatbots are available:
- System bots — Email request, Autoresponder, Chat ratings, and FAQ bot.
- Custom bots — chatbots that can interact with your website visitors based on a given scenario.
To activate, edit, or create a new chatbot, go to Settings → Chatbots.
