The FAQ feature allows you to automate the resolution of customers’ frequent questions.
With FAQ, you can:
- Create a public knowledge base that will be available to your visitors on your website and/or in the chat widget.
- Activate an FAQ bot to automatically suggest articles to your visitors in a chat.
- Create private FAQ articles for operators and use them as shared saved replies.
